If you purchase a product from Parchment Patterns, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information such as name, email and shipping address (although shipping address is optional as all products are downloadable and are not shipped). We do not collect any financial information (such as credit card number) as all of our payment methods are handled externally.
We do not use the information that you provide for any purpose other than to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Payment
Parchment Patterns accepts all major credit and debit cards via the secure PayPal website. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal using your credit or debit card, although if do have an account you have you can make payment using your PayPal funds.
When you checkout you are taken to the secure PayPal website and you can either log in to PayPal on the right hand side of the screen or click on the link on the left hand side of the page to pay directly using your Credit or Debit card (you will be asked to confirm your billing address if selecting this option).
If you are a UK resident, you will also have the option to pay by cheque. This option is available at the checkout, with details of where to send the payment. If you select this option you will be able to download the patterns once your payment has been received and cleared. You will be kept up to date of your order status by email.
Downloads
Your download(s) are immediately available when you complete your purchase. You will have up to 5 attempts per download file and the download link is good for 7 days. To access your downloads, a link(s) will be provided at the checkout success page for immediate access. To download at a later time, click on sign-in and then completed orders.
Return Policy
As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns on downloaded items. If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Please do not hesitate to ask us questions, most of the time we can accommodate your needs and requests.
